How to Arrange a Collection
- Send us your postcode, a description of the rubbish and quantities, and clear photos (preferred). If you cannot provide photographs, call or email. You can still make an initial enquiry without photos; we’ll agree a clear item list before confirming the quote. Photos are preferred because they help us assess the waste accurately and give our driver a record of the agreed items. A confirmed quote covers only the agreed waste. If anything changes, send updated photos so we can agree any quote change before collection.
